Your best customers haven’t gone anywhere. They just stopped coming in.
Regularee writes to the people who haven’t visited in a while: one short plain-text email, in your name, that makes it easy to say “yes, book me in.”
Regularee isn’t open yet. Joining the waitlist is free, and Steven, the founder, writes to you himself.
How a past customer finds their way back.
Once you’re through the waitlist, it takes four steps. You read and approve everything before it goes out.
An example. The business and the names are made up.

This is what your customers receive.
One email. It carries your name, one real detail about them and a single thing to do.

Hi Claire,
It has been a while since your last visit, and I noticed. Anouk has a free Thursday morning on the 14th and the 21st, if you would like your usual cut and colour.
Just reply to this email and I will book it for you.
Warmly,
Mara
Atelier Noor
How it is built
It’s from you.
Your name in the sender line, not a company newsletter address.
It’s about them.
Their name, their usual appointment, a real opening in your calendar. Specific enough that it can only be meant for them.
One thing to do.
Reply. No link, no button, no form, so nothing stands between them and a yes.
Plain text opens in every inbox and looks the same on every phone.
Made for places where people are known by name.
If one returning customer is worth more to you than a hundred clicks, this is for you.
- Hair and beauty salons
- Boutiques
- Jewelers
- Restaurants
- Galleries
- Car and boat dealers
- Spas
- Small hotels
What you need is a list of past customers’ email addresses that you may write to. That is all.
Honest answers
Why plain text and not a nice designed newsletter?
Because that’s how a real person writes to someone they know. A message with banners and buttons reads as marketing and gets ignored. A few honest lines from you reads as a note, and people answer notes.
Do I need a customer list already?
Yes. Regularee is for businesses that already have email addresses of past customers. We don’t sell lists, and we don’t find customers for you.
Am I allowed to email my past customers?
It depends on where you are and how you collected the addresses, and every message should make it easy to say stop. We will ask how your list was built before anything is sent. This is not legal advice.
What does it cost?
We haven’t set pricing yet; we are still testing with a small number of contacts. Tell Steven about your list when you reply to the welcome email and he will come back to you.
Can I start today?
Not quite yet. Regularee is at the very beginning. Join the waitlist and you will get a personal email from Steven, who reads every reply himself.
What happens to my email address?
It is stored in Resend, our email provider, and used only to write to you about Regularee. Reply ‘remove’ to any email from us and it is deleted. The privacy page has the details.
Your regulars haven’t forgotten you.
Leave your email and Steven writes to you himself. Reply to him and he answers.
Why join now
It’s early, and that helps you.
Regularee is at the very beginning, so what the first businesses tell us decides what gets built first.
You get the founder, not a queue.
Steven writes to you after you join and reads every reply himself.
Being on the list costs nothing.
No payment and no obligation. Pricing isn’t set yet, and nothing is charged without you agreeing to it.
